Definitely keep your clinical experiences on the resume. Highlight your clinical experience in addition to your RN experience. Leave out "3 months of experience" in "Committed and well qualified RN with 3 months experience as Professional Nurse." This will be an instant turn off. In your situation, you worked as a camp nurse, so only 3 months of experience is understandable. For anyone else, it means they only lasted 3 months at one location. Put your RN and CNA experience before nursing clinical rotations.

Was this copied and pasted directly from your resume? I did notice a few typos/grammar issues here and there, so you may want to proofread it. If you retyped it, I forgive you because these forums should be informal :)
Definitely put your work experience before clinicals. I would also put in that you are licensed in NY and when it expires. You could make your resume stand out a little more if you emphasize the things that distinguish you as an RN from a non-nurse. Instead of saying that you can take vital signs and do assessments (minimal qualifications for a nurse), talk about how you use critical thinking to prioritize care based on assessments. Instead of saying that you can carry out instructions, say something about communication with patients, families, and the multi-disciplinary healthcare team. Look at the descriptions of the positions for which you are applying and find some keywords that you can use in your resume (don't copy and paste though!) If you are still in touch with any of your professors from nursing school, ask if they can take a look and give you suggestions.
ok thanks
yeah it was copied and pasted its hard trying to put resume on this page without looking like i have so many grammatical errors

I made some other minor formatting and wording changes that I didn't highlight in red so you may have not noticed them. Use the copy I'm attaching and fill in the info where it is red.

BLS is CPR is it not? Don't list them as two separate certifications, it's the same thing. I also agree with the edits Lev made- there's no need to point out that you can administer meds and take vitals, ANY nurse can do that.
