Resume Advice needed

Hi! I graduated in 2007 with a BSN degree. Since then, the jobs I've had has not been in nursing. I was manager at my family's business and since late 2009, I've been working on starting my own business company. Now my resume looks very well if I was to apply to a business related job, but I'm thinking of working as a nurse in a nearby hospital. Should I include my previous jobs in my resume or should I make one that looks like a new grad's resume? I had a nurse job back then but it was a voluntary one.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
