Resources

Other than my Med Surg Nursing text, is there a concise focused assessment book available? I am new RN and would really use something like this. I do have Skyscape Nursing Constellation and there is probably something in there...there is so much in there i haven't even found yet.

    I really like my Weber: Nurses' Handbook of Health Assessment -- that is my hardcopy.

    For my iPod Touch I have the same only in app form (from Unbound Medicine).
