Is there a window of time where you have to take your NCLEX after you've selected a date? I've rescheduled mine once and I want to reschedule it one more time - I'd rather be 100% positive I'm ready than have to pay another ridiculous amount of money to test.. I initially was scheduled for this past Thursday (March 2) and I scheduled that date 4 weeks prior.. I am scheduled for March 16 now but I want to move it back a little further.. Does anyone know?
Thanks

Stop rescheduling and just take it! Pushing it back will only create more anxiety and doubt. You will never feel 100 percent ready.

I rescheduled 3 times before taking the nclex. I knew I wasn't prepared. I also had health issues that I dealt with which didn't help. After the 3rd time of rescheduling, I decided to just go for it. I crammed 4 days prior to my exam, which I don't recommend. But luckily I passed.
If you are 100% sure you are not ready then you should reschedule. But if you have put in the time to study and you're just really anxious then maybe just take the exam and get it over with.
Good luck

There is a timeline. I don't remember what it was. It's on the website though.
I checked my ATT timeline and it said I have until January 2018 so I'm assuming I'm okay.. I hope I am at least haha

You only have I believe 3 months from the time you get your ATT to take your exam .. I lost out on 200$ the first time because I was working 67 hours a week mandatory overtime and had to reschedule and the BON said I was past my ATT validity dates.
