rescheduling exam fee

hi everyone, i need help, i am a nurse from the philippines and currently working as a graduate nurse in NB, canada. i already took the crne twice and unfortunately failed both, i registered for my last attempt for october 2011 but i cancelled it 1st week of september because i feel that i am not yet ready, anyway my last chance to take the exam is on february 2012, and the nurses association here in new brunswick is charging me 991 dollars for my exam on february, i think that is too much, if there's somebody who has a knowledge on that i need your opinion.thanks

According to their website, the fee for the February CRNE is $546.28 and their registration fee is $411.26. That doesn't add up to $991; with GST it adds up to $1005... There's nothing on the website about additional costs for third attempts. You need to contact NANB and find out what is covered by that money.
