My current position is in a facility that is a combination LTC, acute and sub-acute care. As a charge nurse assigned to 30 patients per shift, I have learned the essence of time management and supervisory skills. Our patient population suffers from both chronic and acute illnesses and most have significant co-morbidities. Aww man!!..Thanks for sharing this with me!...I sure so appreciate it!!.:redbeathe..Right now its totally frustrating because eventhough I'm with the same company, we still have to compete with internal and external applicants and go through the same interview process etc. At this point all I can do is try and write a really good letter and if that dosen't work then i will be applying to other companies where I'm relocating to.
