relocating

looking for help, i am currently a nurse in baltimore, MD, and i have been for about 4 years. My family and I are thinking about relocating to south carolina in the spartanburg area, however I am concerned about the pay difference. I currently make 29/hr with a night differential of 4.24/hr and weekends are 2.50/hr. What would a salary be like in that area of south carolina and what would the differentials be like. I would hate to move and not be able to afford such a pay cut if there is one.
