Refreshing knowledge

Any suggestions on how to refresh nursing knowledge. Like pharmacology, med surg, without rereading all my college books.

Chances are, that your college texts are out of date - even if you graduated just a couple of years ago. Healthcare is a rapidly changing environment. This the reason that most states require proof of CE to renew your license. I would recommend online resources instead. You can obtain timely Evidence-Based continuing education form a bunch of different well-known sites. Many of them are free. Pharmaceutical and med equipment companies also offer online CE.

I like to tale in person CE classes in my specialty.
