Hi, Mantle,

There is a "Pre-CRNA" forum with some good information that you should probably read.

There are some web sites which look interesting: I have not read through them all, but you could check them out.

One thing to keep in mind is that you must be an RN first, and get ICU experience.

Read through this forum and the Pre-CRNA forum, and you should get a good idea of the requirements of the job.

Good luck in your studies!

Please check out the pre-CRNA sticky at the top of this forum where you will find every bit of information that you need.

I took the liberty of moving your question to the pre-CRNA forum where you will find the answers that you are looking for.

I suggest that you do alot more reading up on this specialty, especially when you are saying that is what you want to go into but you know nothing about it. Right now, I would concentrate on getting the best grades that you can in nursing school. And perhaps see if you can shadow a CRNA for a day or two and see if it is actually something that you would like.
