Hello,
I posted a thread months ago about my situation in nursing school. I have decided that I want to re-enter, willing to change my habit and decrease my hours at work. There is a supplementary form that I have fill out though. One of the section says that I have to provide an outline of how I plan to achieve academic success upon entering the program. My question is, would changing habits (sleeping habits...) and decrease my hours at work be sufficient enough? Should I also include using agendas and write out important dates for tests and assignments?
Any advice? It does not specify how long in length so I guess that is a good thing.

I think every ting you mentioned is good. I would suggest pinning each of these items to something that contributed negatively last time. Shows you have gained insight (which you have). Good luck to you!
