Re-taking NCLEX.

I am planning to re-take NCLEX througn NY Board of Nursing. Could anyone share the procedure in re-applying for ATT with NY Board of Nursing? Do I need to undergo credentials verication again? Appreciate your reply.

I think the board of nursing will just send you a reaplication form

You do not have to go through eval again, just complete form and pay any fees

Thanks a lot guys for your reply!

I have another question.

I am now just waiting for my Packet4. Is there any chance that the consul might not issue a visa if I have not passed the NCLEX yet though I already passed CGFNS and already have a Visa Screen Certificate?

Appreciate much on your reply on this.

If you have CGFNS exam then there is no reason for you not to get visa but visas are on hold until Oct and depending on PD depends on what happens next. Better to concentrate on getting NCLEX passed as you will need that to work fully as RN in the US. Best check out the International forum under the region tab as that is where we are keeping all the news on retrogression
