You do not have a Social Security Number, so you cannot fill in anything.

But they are asking for license number, and you do not have one yet.

A license number and the SSN# are two different things.

Thanks for your msg. I have taken vermount NCLEX exam once and failed. Now I want to re take. On the re take application form which has been downloaded from the site (http://www.vtprofessionals.org ) asking for "Licence No" and "Licence date"( Top left hand corner). What licence is this? Since I am a UK resident Indian I do not have SSN and its Ok. Also, in whose name application fee to be paid? From where I can get all these information?Pls advice.

The license number is a nursing license, since you have never had one in the US, then you do not fill in that space. That has nothing to do with the SSN#.

Application fee gets paid to the BON, it will say right on their application form, you will also need to pay the fee for the exam as well, so there will be two charges, one for the BON, as well as one for Pearson-Vue.

Today I took cashiers cheque and filled application form and sent it to BON. Appl. form is asking only name and DOB, etc...Is that enough for them to find my previouse details or I may have to fill any other forms. What is the next step? When I should contact pearson?

When you have received permission from Vermont, or you can go ahead and contact them, but you will need to wait until Vermont aurthorizes you to test again.

Hi, Am I have to fill and submitt CGFNS verification form, Nurse Form 1 (Application for licensure and first registration, Nurse form 5(Application for for limited permit) and application for visa screen as I have submitted all these things before my first NCLEX test? Pls advice.Jim

I have already applied for re take exam to Vermount BON last week and they said they need to receive the post test from the review course before I will be able to take the exam again. So, I have contacted a agency for me to study NCLEX and they send me all those docs. Any way I have just informed them that I am going to take the exam from VBON. But they have not replied yet.

That case, I don't need to submitt any more docs before NCLEX? What about Visa Screening application? Also, Can you sugest me a online NCLEX course for me to attened. How long I may have to go thru such courses.Pls advice.
