RCC Fall 2011

Probably not much, especially with all the applications they're receiving and all...

My estimation: Mid-May to Late June

Oops, I meant 4. Chabot College, CSUSB, CSUCI, and one out of state. Considering a few more others...

for us it went like

Sept 1st(ish)- Application beings

Oct 1st- deadline application

Oct 22nd- TEAS invite

Nov 4- TEAS test (Version 4.0 for us)

Dec 10- acceptance denial

Dec 17th- Intake day

Jan- Orientation

Feb- School

TEAS are scheduled every Nov and April, so ya look for June for invite/denial unless Purdy said a certain month to wait for. I'm also pretty certain you have to take RCC's version of the TEAS and they take your 1st attempt.

there are probably 700 applications, try to aim for at least 80 points for your overall submission after TEAS, that'll give you a heads up if you need look elsewhere

I actually only applied to RCC. I am almost finished with my BA, so if RCC is a no, I have already been accepted to UCR and plan on finishing my Bachelors and then going on to Direct Entry Masters program. I have a son and I have to work, so going some place far really isn't an option for me... so its either RCC, or nothing! lol

So after FINALLY paying off my last school {CBU} I was able to request transcripts and get them through to RCC officially before the deadline!!! I submitted my TEAS {version IV} about a week ago as well as my application...and now my transcripts! All I can do now is pray I get accepted because I hear that RCC has an amazing nursing school and the new nursing building is almost done!! :)

I don't know if I can wait til' July though to find out!! aahhhhh!!!

Hi everybody! I applied for the fall 2011 semester in January as well and I received my receipt just a few days later. This is my second time applying. I haven't taken the TEAS yet but will be taking it sometime in the next few weeks. I also applied to other schools as back ups. The schools I applied to were: West Hills College Lemoore, San Bernardino Valley College, and College of the Desert and I will be applying to others as application deadlines come up. Good luck on the TEAS! I have heard that Collge of the Desert is a little less impacted, so hopefully that will work out for you too. It's always nice to have choices. =)
