I received a Conditional Alternate acceptance. Can anyone clarify what a Conditional  Alternate acceptance means. Thank you!

Yes. I set mine up last week and it took maybe 48 hours or so to come back. It was a lot faster than any of the other documents I uploaded.

The offer is conditional pending a clear background/drug screen. As well as pending space availability for alternate students.

Did you just get that conditional alternate acceptance by the way? if you don't mind me asking? or did you get that email on Monday?

I received the conditional alternate acceptance letter Friday June 11th. I believe that is when most students received their acceptance letters. Did you receive yours after? 

Fingers crossed all alternates get in !

I tried going to office hours like 3 times last week and she was never there ? I've sent emails and still nothing as well. I was wondering if anyone knows what alternates are supposed to be doing right now? Besides complio I have not done anything else because I just do not want to buy uniforms or books I may or may not need LOL.

I spoke to the nursing advisor because I am also an alternate and she advised me to wait to purchase uniforms and books until we are officially accepted. She also said alternates can be accepted up until the week before school starts. Hope this helps 

I feel like majority of us are alternatives in this thread. We do not have to buy uniforms or books yet. She said when we do get accepted, we will have extra time/ different due dates to finish complio. So far I’ve done the back ground check and drug test. I started my titers too because it turns out I’m not fully vaccinated. Check your vaccinations guys.

Any alternatives heard back? Has anyone got accepted ?
