Wow. Sure quiet around here.

What areas are you all practicing in? I work on a SIMCU. I really enjoy it however, our unit is such a challenge. The acuity of pt's seems to be getting higher and higher.

Sarah do NOT say the Q word out loud, you will pay for it and WISH it was quiet! works like a "jinx" if you believe in that sort of thing, LOL!

I ment quiet here on the board

I never, never say the Q word at work. I did once when I first started working and man it was a night I would soon wish to never repeat.

Our unit is always crazy.
