QUestion for the UPMC Nurses.

After loooking at the UPMC website it looks like they pay the Graduate Nurses $18.75 an hour.

Do they give you a raise after you pass the NCLEX?

UPMC actually starts GN's out at $19.50 and hour (I'm told this just went up to over $20) with a 5% raise if you pass your boards in 6 months of hire

Depends on the unit. Some units (like outpatient departments) start their pay much lower.
