Question 4U....

Hi....I'm planning to retake my Nclex-PN. For this I have to fill out a request to retake the exam. In that form under Section D-Affidavit Section, it says "to be signed and sworn in the presence of a notary public". I really didnot understand this part. Those who already filled this, please help me with this.I'm planning to take my test next month. Hope I pass this time by god's grace.:cry:

Look in your telephone book or local yellow pages for a notary public that does business in your city. Set up an appointment with the notary public to have these papers signed and stamped (notarized) with the state seal. After the papers have been signed by you and the notary public, you send them to whichever address was provided to you.
