Hi and welcome
You will need to meet Italy's nursing requirements and find a employer willing to assist you with a work permit.

You will also need to pass the language exam in Italian as well as their written licensing exam in Italian.
thank you for your answers!
i'm about to start learning italian
but i want to know if italian hospitals accept someone with israeli citizenship before i start!
may be here somebody works in ITALY as a nurse?
The only way to find out is ask them, they will be the ones to help you through the process
Your citizenship is not a problem, but you will need to be fluent in Italian before you can do a thing. And you will need to possess Italian RN license before you can be offered a job.
For the EU countries, most actually have hiring freezes in place, but if you have specialty experience such as in the OR for neurosurgery or on an Neuro ICU, then it should be easier for you to get hired and get a visa. But remember that even with all of the preparation, there is still a chance that you will not be able to get the visa, it is not guaranteed in any country any longer.
And is your NS experience in critical care or the OR? If post-ICU experience, it is then going to be much more difficult as they ususally do not have these areas listed as having a shortage.
