Feb 6, 201115 yr ok to whomever owns this book...look on page 30 where they are discussing testing strategies in box 5-14.....the client with hypertrophic pyloric stenosis usually presents with projectile vomiting therefore is alkalotic, so shouldnt the answer be 2 and not 1?

Feb 6, 201115 yr You know what, I have seen a few errors on the Saunders cd-rom. I select one answer and it said I had it wrong, but I go back to the book to check it because I remember reading different and the book will say something that agree different then the cd-rom. I haven't seen that many errors on the cd-rom, but maybe 2-3.
