Question re: ATT

Hi everyone;

I'm currently scheduled to sit NCLEX RN on 05/03 but because of family bereavement I need to cancel it.

The question no one seems to be able to answer for me :rolleyes: is -

My ATT expires on 05/07. To get a new ATT do I just re-register with Pearson and simply pay again because I'm already in their system or do I have to contact my BON ?

I just read a quote from Pearson ATT Documents that it says " You must test within the validity dates printed and validity dates cannot be extended for any reason"

I would recommend you to call Pearson Vue and explain your situation and hope that they could guide you more on how to obtain a new ATT with valid dates.

Sorry, but the ATT is only good for those dates that it was issued for. Since the ATT has been issued, you will also need to contact your BON again since their original approval is gone once this ATT is no longer valid. Pearson-Vue does not have the authority to extend the ATT. They are the ones that send out the ATT, but not for them, for the BON.
