Wow great question..

I think I am funloving and not intimidating so most kids take to me quite easily.

I think that I have a good heart, and a soft spot for kids.

I never walk into a room with a tough guy approach- I walk in with a very loving demeanor..I think that helps..

Hmm..I'll have to think about this more..

Patience. Usually more is needed for the parents than the kids. You also have to get in touch with your past teenage days to relate to the teens. Above all caring about the kids, and they usualy respond well.
