My case is 80 and has a
UTI, why it is important for her to drink oral fluids regularly

Your patient has a urinary tract infection.
Why do you think you would want to increase her fluid intake?
What system is involved? What does that system do with extra fluid? Why would that be important to help her UTI?
Think it over - and this way you'll understand it by figuring it out yourself, instead of being told the answer.
