Question about the NCLEX application process

This is my first time registering for this test and I have a question.I know that first we suppose to register with Continental Testing and wait for our authorization to test,can we simultanously register with National State board of nursing and pick the date or I have to first wait for the authorization to test and then signed up with NCSBN and pick a date..help!!

what do you mean when you say Continental Testing??are you refering to Pearson??what I did is I passed my application to the Board of Nursing (DC on my case) and then register for Pearson with the $200..after this I waited for my authorization to test and then after receiving it that is the only time I was able to schedule an appointment for the exam..

Pearsonvue as far as I am aware issue your ATT and they will not do so until given OK by BON/BRN and you have paid your fees
