Question about licensing

I was arrested with driving while license was suspended in TX. I was thinking about going to LVN school, but wonder I could be licensed with that on my record. Anyone who has been through this situation or know someone who's been through it please let me know.

I would contact a lawyer before enrolling in any LVN program to see what could be done. Specifically I would consult a lawyer that has experience in dealing with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. Good luck! ;)

contact your state board of nursing in texas, nrw81. they are the only ones that can answer that.
