Question important!!!

Question. Coworker had a background check for another job. Come to find out she had a previous no hire due to CNA abuse. She states there was never any charges pressed. She s wondering if that will currently affect her RN license here in Oklahoma, since this other agency found this out. She has not had any trouble. I have no idea what to tell her.
