Question About Med

hello everyone,

i am not in nursing school, but am currently taking pre-reqs to get in. i have a question about a medication that i currently take and hope someone can help.

i currently take Hyzaar..1/2 a pill of the max dose (simply b/c i don't have to refill as often as if the dosage was changed). my questions are these..1) i have a horrible problem with memory..i have read that it can cause a problem with that..my concentration is bad (which may have been due to my anemia, and now i take iron supp). 2) by bp has been extremely low lately and i have been even more tired all the time. i mean everytime i crack my book open i get sleepy and i am fatigued a lot. what can i do for more energy and to help my concentration that won't interfere w/my current med? anyone can help?

thanks,

mona

You need to go see your doctor and tell him your s/s and let him reevaluate you.

These questions should be directed to your doc. Be monitoring your BP so you can bring in a written record to your doc.
