Quality Improvement Help!

Hi everyone!

I am in an accelerated program starting my third semester and have been recently assigned to do a quality improvement project. I really want to get hired in the NICU and wanted to focus my QI assignment around that. I was just curious if anyone had any ideas as to what some good topics would be to cover for quality improvement in the NICU!?

    I don't work in NICU so I can't offer my own help, but try browsing through the NICU nursing forum that can be found under the specialties link in the yellow bar at the top of the forum. That may give you some ideas to think about.
