I am going to purchase the online practice tests, through the ATI website. There is an "A" and a "B" test I can buy separately, or together. Should I get both? Do they differ much? I think I read (or was told) that you can retake each one once, but they are the exact questions again. I was also wondering if you have to take the whole practice test at once, or can you break it up into sections and work through them as you want. Are they timed and cut you off like the real test?

I don't recall if you can break them up, but the intention is to simulate the real test, sooooo. But I bought both, did ones a week before, ones a day before. There are 5 more tests in the book. I did great on my TEAS- so I wish you the same!

I took the TEAS just today and scored an overall 80% which is enough to get me into my program. I did both practice tests and the online tutorial. Practice test A is easier than Practice test B. They are not the same test. However, if you go to retake either practice test A or B, the questions will be the same. (ie...take test A again, same questions as the first time you took test A).
I found the online tutorial extremely helpful. I've been out of the science classes for a very long time. My first pre-test with ATI I scored a 55% on the science! But after a week of studying the online tutorial, I scored a 75% on my actual test...which again, was good enough. A lot of people say to have A&P done before the TEAS...I am evidence that this does not have to be. I had an A&P class in 1990 and nothing since, but I did have to study quite a bit of science!
