Pvcc?

Hi, has anyone applied to PVCC for fall 07? Anyone on the waiting list? If so, have you heard anything about the wait list status yet? I'm just wondering when they start admitting people of the wait list, I'm still hoping to get in.

I got in back in March. Scheduled to start on Sept 1. Some of the people are already taking classes this summer. Good luck and hope you get in.

Congrats ONMELD. And thanks for the luck, I guess I need it at this point! Still haven't heard. The letter I got said I was #2 the day list. Good luck with the next semester!

Hang tight, you are in a good position, there has got to be 1 or 2 people that are not going to be able to start class. If you have not done so, I suggest you visit the program office, introduce yourself, let them know who you are and how interested you are in attending. This way you are not just number 2 but a person to them who is seriously looking to get in.

I did email them and they said they would probably make more offers by the end of the week- that sounds good :) In any case, thanks for the words of encouragement, it really helps take the edge off the waiting game. And I'll probably see you in fall :)

Sounds like you are in. I know they give people a date to commit by and if they do not commit then their spot is given to the person on the waiting list. You should not have a problem being #2. One of my classmates in the current course I am taking was accepted last year and could not attend because she was pregnant. I will be in the evening program.

I have been an LPN for 23 years and PVCC has been NOT helpful.....they change schedules, won't give me a straight answer etc...help! give me a heads up>....Scarlett
