I am asking for any tips or advise on how to study for med surg prophesy test thanks in advance.

I took it this afternoon. It wasn't too bad, really. I would look at the guide that is posted with the test (or was for me, anyway) and refresh yourself on the topics given.

When you get the link to the test, and click on "begin test" or something similar, theres a message on the top of the page that says something to the effect of "Please look over the study guide in the link..."

A little late - but for anyone else searching this out:

I read the study guide at the beginning of the tests, and looked up anything I wasn't familiar with. It was very "NCLEX"-y in my opinion (read: I didn't think I was doing well the entire time). I ended up with 97% in the M/S, and 93% on the pharm, so it wasn't awful.
