Program Director

Good Morning,

I am looking for any information that I can use to reduce medication errors in our RCF/ALF community. Something someone has tried and it worked? Articles, models, proven methods?

Thanks,

Susan

Who gives the meds in an ALF? Are they certified or liscensed? I have seen non liscensed, non certified, healthcare workers in ALFs give meds that ony had a cursory med training program, no wonder there are so many errors.:uhoh21: Scary.
