So I just had a meeting with an advisor and he touched on this subject. The 2 bonus points for having completed Microbiology are going away and it is becoming a core prerequisite. He would or could not say how those 2 points would be redistributed, as in they could be added into the already large pool of experience points, into the volunteer section or what have you.
