  1. My plan is to one day become a nurse practitioner. I'm planning on starting out as an lvn and work for about a year or 2 and go back to school. My question is should I get my adn first and then get my bsn or go straight for the bsn.
  2. Go for it. It hass been my dream to go into health care and to be a nurse since I was 18. I was in college for a while with a few different majors and wasn't really happy. I liked studying multimedia when I was in school the last time. It was very easy for me but I want to have a job where no 2 days are the same and a career with flexible hours. I'm planning on going to school for my Lvn
  3. I've heard that nursing school is very hard. I was wondering how hard it actually is. I've wanted to go into the medical field since I was 12 or 13 and wanted to be a nurse since I was 18. I'm 35 now and 10 years from now I don't want to regret not doing this. I'm planning to start out as an LVN and work my way to be a nurse practioner. For those that are already in school what was the hardest class and what was the easist? Do they test you on anatomy, biology and chemistry on the entrance exam? I'm worried about being tested on science on the entrance exam because I've never been good at science?
  4. Hello. I'm planning on starting nursing school for my LVN this year. I'm considering to go to either Dallas Nursing Institute or Concorde. I was wondering if anyone knows about these two schools. Thanks.
