  1. I'm a WHNP and am interested in shifting my focus from ObGYN to counseling women in the perinatal period through talk therapy. I am undecided about whether I would also like to do pysch med management, which I understand would necessitate an advanced cert in PMHNP. I would like to work for myself in private practice one day. Interested to hear if anyone made this shift, and if so, what additional certifications / licensure you obtained in order to do this.
  2. Hi all - I applied for part-time CNM/WHNP fall start. My application has been in "ready to review" status for weeks... anyone have any news or updates on admissions timeline?
  3. Hi all - I applied for the part-time fall 2018 start for CNM/WHNP MSN. Submitted app beginning of March. Eagerly awaiting word on next steps... Have read on other threads that it takes admissions a bit longer to get back to the part-time fall start as they are still handling summer start admissions. Does any one have any info on timeline / latest date we might expect to hear re. interview or acceptance?
  4. Hi all - I just chose to accept my admission offer to Quinnipiac and started a facebook page for anyone who would like toconnect. Search "Quinnipiac ABSN 2017" and you will find the group.
