    Hi, I know this thread is quiet old but this relates to my question. My one reference for at least a three month period of employment from my most recent employer (within the last three years) was as a Healthcare Assistant. Would the NMC accept one referee from there? I don't have another referee from my previous employment where I practiced as a RN. If there is, my manager had already resigned, would that be fine? I'm hoping in one way or another is acceptable.
