My friend said she tried last year but they were picking people who were currently in the residency program who were unsatisfied with their current assignment. After that there weren't too many spaces left. Wellstar is acceoting applications. They currently have 10,000 sign on bonus.

I applied with Wellstar two weeks ago for their new grad residency. They called to schedule an interview about 3 days after I applied. It was a panel interview but very relaxed. The staff was very nice. The questions they asked were identical to what has been mentioned in previous comments. They called to make an offer the same day. They have a class starting every six weeks . At this time they are offering 10,000 sign on bonus for new grads. However you have to work for them for two years. If you elect not to receive the bonus.
