   If you have a job offer where an employer is willing to apply for a Temp License, why not just do NCLEX a bit later? If you attempt & fail nclex, CNO won't grant you the temp license

   Currently working as an HFO (RN). I got the job before I wrote the NCLEX, but didn't start UNTIL i got my license. I didnt consolidate there either, but i previously worked on that particular unit doing psw work.
