Do you think it will be hard for me to get a job in med surg Or a hospital job if I go into psych as my first job? I'm interested in psych and maybe even doing psych np But there are barely any job opening for psych

Everyone has a chance. Just apply early and also apply to other schools because with this program you just never know. Pray and hope for the best. But at least try cause you never know and your stats are pretty good!

That is so stupid because there are more than a few people who won't have their prerequisite completely. Things like Chem and stats and microbiology they won't be able to take it in the mini but they will hold on to their position until like January the deadline for transcript. So stupid. They shouldn't accept people who are at least not registered for everything. Cause there is no way they can get Chem stats and other sciences before deadline.

Hopefully we will get some answers in a few days on the 15th

I called to ask about the wait list and they straight up lie That NO acceptance were sent out for pacesetter God this process is so messed up

I would check the hybrid if UTH would accept As far as I know chemistry is not offered in a mini

I have higher stats than other too And I graduated a year early as magna cum laude while working full time so... I don't know what they are looking at but tells you alot about the school

That's amazing congrats The UH program was my dream program but I couldn't get all the prettiest reqs done working on the right now. All the nurses I know from UH program get jobs faster. I think hospitals like them one friend of mine for hired in the ICU as a new grad and is making good money. I don't think UTH would have given her the same opportunity

I think you guys need to relax. There is no way all the acceptance are sent out. You know they don't have all the admission people just dedicated to us. There are multiple schools and programs like RN-BSN, MSN etc And honestly not hearing anything atleast you can hope and prat there is nothing definite. You just gotta well... leave it God and at the end whatever is best for ya'll will happen.

They offer a winter mini at most schools. But science classes are usually not offered for the mini such as bio or chem

I think each cycle must have a accept and waitlist. There is no way all acceptance were sent out. If its about work experience I graduated a year early while working full time at an amzing company. I also started my MBA. I have a feeling they look at our facebook pages and things they can google.

I just got wait listed. I can't believe I quit my job for this...

120 if there are four cycles ending Nov 4. That's 30 applicants a cycle. There are 28 ppl on the fb group.

I wonder how many people have gotten in so far to keep a tab. Fb has 15 members in the group that means there is still hope left lots of hope lol
