  5. Yes...IENCAPS = OSCE exam. . Currently 14 March and 7 April dates are available. .I have booked for 7th April
  6. have you registered for osce exam?
  7. Nice background and then finally ASI had computer based testing for CPRNE
  8. Process is unfair in terms of time you spend on it. Getting license itself becomes two years process and I am sure there will be no two opinions on it. Just look at my time lines. Started NNAS IN Dec 2015 got report in July 2016. No dates were available for OSCE at that time. Finally got dates in Dec 2016 and booked exam for April 2017. Even if all goes well , can not get license before Dec 2017 after passing NCLEX. What a waste of time!!!!
  9. There workshop is one full day , nothing scheduled as of now. Moreover, private schools offer 4 day workshop in general
  10. Can you please share your preparation road map. I am planning to take 4 days scenario workshop from HCPT College in Toronto
  11. Just one example of their snail pace. NNAS takes 3 to 4 weeks on average, just to update on online portal that they have recieved the x document. You are talking about quality of document send by schoold and it's totally different thing
  12. Yes..agreed. ..I started NNAS in Dec 2015 and got report in July 2016
  13. Thank you for advice..Moreover,booked OSCE/IENCAP today for 7th April 2017. Any other in the same boat ?
  14. Booked OSCE/IENCAP today for 7th April 2017. Any other in the same boat ?
  15. Can any one suggest the good education providers for OSCE exam. I know of George Brown & Alqonquin. Any other suggestions ?
  16. Apply to respective provisional nursing body
  17. New dates has been announced for OSCE exam that are in March and 7th April 2017 , open for booking from 5th Dec. I plan for 7th April. Are there any one else who plan for April 7? . I have found many are providin OSCE exam preparation for station. Any testimonial in this regard? I'm currently out of canada and plan to be there 2 weeks prior to exam date around 26 March
  18. The exact words of Letter from CNO are ....".....CNO approved a change in the process used to assess if a RN applicant possesses nursing knowledge, skill and judgement equivalent to that required of a current graduate of an approved Canadian program " No further details are there in the letter
  19. Effective Sep 22, 2016...... CNO will assess your RN education after NNAS report and will inform you if you need to go for OSCE or not. Although, you can opt for OSCE in parallel too. Earlier , everyone has to go through OSCE by default
  20. No...there is nothing as such
  21. I don't know what you mean by performance appraisal I only have a 2 line experience letter stating my designation with start and end date of job
  22. I am unable to get detailed job description from one of the hospital where I worked back in 2006 for 2 years required for RPN application to CNO.. I have sent JDs from all others. ...What should I do? I am currently working.
  23. When you says your nursing practice has expired it means, i suppose, ypur safe practice period of 3 years has expires. So , even after passing all exams that are OSCE and NCLEX, you need to get clinical experience which has earlier expired because of 3 years dormancy. It is a standard process. My question is different in a sense that 3 years safe practice period hasn't expired
  24. Seems no formula ....Probably it will be called " on case to case basis" may be
  25. Dear RN_Pro No...they haven't replied yet.It appears it's not a clear cut path that if you pass you are done for NCLEX
