  1. Stay focused, walk in and get comfy in your test center seat and take your time to dissect each question. Good luck buddy!
  2. It took me quite some time to receive another ATT after my first attempt. I'd say about 3 months maybe longer(BON was backed up with March at the time.) It's very very frustrating because during the time you're still studying hard and wondering when you will receive the ATT. But if will show up no doubt, just prepare for the worst and know it may take longer than the 45-90 days.
  3. Right, its fine to do a few timed exams here and there, but as you said its better to just learn the rationale right there and then while you're already on the question in my opinion. Either/or you really just need to grasp those rationales, Uworld rationales are golden compared to any others I've tried. If you can do that you're set! Good luck!
  4. I only ever used tutored. Passed NCLEX. I guess it just depends on your preference if you want to simulate the real thing by being timed. But for me I had no issues with time or test anxiety, so I just stuck with tutor mode.
  5. I think based off of her main complaint, she was expecting for the uworld and Kaplan questions to come out on the NCLEX. This is never the issue, I studied uworld for 2 months every single day and practically memorized all the questions, yet not one single question came out on the NCLEX. BUT, the rationales of knowing why I got a question wrong or correct are far more valuable than the question itself, which made the NCLEX very easy. If you try to memorize questions without really knowing the concept in depth, then theres no real chance in getting a similar question correct.

  9. You don't need any of those books don't waste your money/time. All you need is uworld/lacharity and you will pass Nclex.
  10. The worst feeling is the days leading up to your test date, we've all been there, good luck God bless!
  11. Of course you're still eligible. I'm also a foreign grad and 2nd time test taker and I was able to re-take no issues. The problem is it may take awhile to receive your ATT, in my case the California BON was so backed up with cases, it took me over 3 months to receive my ATT for my second attempt. Hopefully yours won't take as long as mine, good luck! P.s. Sign up for Uworld if you want to pass
  12. Uworld will no doubt help you pass. Its 100xs harder than the actual NCLEX. It was to the point where I was HOPING to get more and more SATA during my nclex since uworld trains you so well with critical thinking. The nclex was a walk in the park thanks to uworld. Good luck!
  13. Just wanted to shed some light for people who were interested in signing up for the nclex75.com program from Michael Linares since there are zero reviews on it in which I think he does a good job paying people off or deleting bad reviews about it. Don't waste your money, it's about $250 or so for about 200-300 questions in which he stole from the Lacharity book and re-wrote in his own words. Don't get me wrong, his simplenursing site is so-so, but his nclex75 program is a huge rip-off. He took questions from a $30 book and is now making profit. Just wanted to warn people about it! If you want to pass nclex the Kaplan/Uworld question bank is the way to go.
