Rasmussen University - Fort Myers
Hi there! I guess I am newer at this than I thought. I know now where to look for notifications!! Thank you for all of your info and congrats on all of your hard work, so exciting! I will be starting in Aprip and will not be taking any time off at all, so I'm very happy about that. I do want to look at your ABSN program that you took with them, I was registering for their ADN program, but will at least look into it. It only took you 6 quarters? I have all of the general education courses complete for the ADN so I am thinking it will maybe take me less than 18 months? I'm going to post this then keep reading, so glad I looked and figured it out, the message board!

Rasmussen University - Fort Myers
Hi there! I have a few questions. I am a new mom and once i get my shot records submitted, I am trying to take a spot in April. It would be very beneficial for my family and I to to start then and finish my quarter in June as scheduled, but to then take a quarter off (July August September) then go back and finish the rest. He is in Alaska and fishes and we need to split time so I will be going with him during this time. Ihave all of the general ed classes completed besides chem and nutrition. My questions are: will they allow me to take that time off and start back up in October and just continue straight thru, and would it be possible to take those two gen ed classes online while I am there visiting? Or will they want me to take those classes (Chem and Nutrition) before I even start the core classes? I am EXTREMELY serious about this program so if not then that is fine, I just would like to know ahead of time. I plan on going to speak to someone here soon as well. Any info is very helpful, thank you!

Does name of school matter?
@ToBeMSNNP I am looking to start Uticas accelerated bsn program and it sounds like you are in it or maybe even finishing up. I have some questions and was wondering if you could help me. Mostly, how is it going, are you able to do well at this school, and when getting accepted into the program, do they take prerequisite gpa etc? I have the perequisites and the 65 credits finished. Any info or advice would be so appreciated. I apologize, i am learning how to navigate this sight!
