    "I realize that if it weren't for the clinic type of patient most ER's would close down" Nope, the most rude folks where I work are on Medicaid We don't even break even on the visit with poor reimbursement. I always want to thank them for allowing me to work so they can have nothing better to do than come to the ER at 2 a.m.
