NICU Nurse moving to DC area
Hi! I am a NICU nurse and will be possibly be moving to the DC area in the near future. Was wanting some feedback on which hospitals are the best to work for and also average pay. I know there's a few hospitals with NICUs as well as Children's National. Just curious as to which one has the best support, morale and employee satisfaction. Thanks!!!

When to start UWorld and preparing for NCLEX
Hi, I am currently in my fifth semester and graduate in May. I want to take the NCLEX as soon as possible and I want to use UWorld. My school makes us do the virtual ATI and the ATI Capstone through out this semester and we've done ATI exams through the whole program. Do you think doing just UWorld will be enough? And how early did you start UWorld? I'm tempted to go ahead and buy a six month subscription because I feel like it would help me prepare for finals and our ATI exams and Predictor (Which is pass or fail for us if we don't make 85% or above)but i don't want to start too early and run out of questions. Any advice will be appreciated! And I'm doing RN btw

ATI 2016
When do you take the med surg and peds? We have to take the medsurg and mental health this semester too and I'm freakin out. And do you know what the levels are now that there's a new 2016 version? i took Peds in the summer and it was a lot of just basic med surg stuff. I got a level 3 and all I really did was the practice A and B tests over and over and the practice tests under RN learning systems

ATI Med Surg and Mental Health Proctored
Hi everyone, I am in my fourth semester and we will be taking Med-Surg and Mental Health proctored ATIs at the end. I was wondering if any of you guys had tips or advice on how you studied and passed these ATIs. We have another semester of Med Surg in the Spring and we will not go over Cardio or Respiratory until then, was there a lot of cardio/resp stuff on the Med Surg proctored? I don't know why they're making us take the ATI for med surg without going over everything, especially the two big systems Thanks so much!
