Hey there good luck. There is another forum with applicants for the pn and rn program. I applied to 3 campuses with a 131. It was so stressful I forget if Lafayette is one of them but I did Bloomington and Indianapolis for sure. Good luck
My comment is not meant to discourage anyone from pursuing all avenues to get to their goals. Her opinion is based on my personal career goals and other school options. Fingers crossed that we all get in to the program of our choice rather BSN, Asn, or lpn. I have a degree in chemistry so I have also applied to accelerated BSN programs in my current state.
Hey guys. I have applied to the Lawrence Campus. I live out of state but my hometown is Indianapolis. My husband accepted a job on 8/1 in Indianapolis giving me a week to get my book and an additional week to study for the teas exam offered before the deadline in the state we currently reside. Needless to say, I did not do well on the Teas and my total points with straight As is 131 pts. I called the nursing school this morning and they did inform me that my score would be in the bottom and I should accept placement in the LPN program if offered and transition. My Mom is a nurse practitioner and she advised against going that route. Good luck to everyone and make sure you post if you got your acceptance.
