  1. Hello! I'm in the process of applying to their AGACNP program in Fall 2020. I'm still getting my application together at the moment. I currently reside in Washington state. I'm having some problems writing my motivational essay. haha.
  2. Just spoke to HRSA today and they said they will be opening it this month but the program doesn't let them know which day until the day of. Kind of weird...
  3. Hi there, I'm also looking to apply, but I'm not sure when the application cycle opens unfortunately. Any idea?
  4. Oh sweet! Now I found you guys!
  5. Couldn't find Fiona's FB group so I made one for our cohort: Log into Facebook | Facebook
  6. I got accepted to the program Nov 23 from the waitlist. I am filling out the medical forms. Does Rush have physical form they want filled out?
  7. I have my bachelors in an unrelated field, I am going back to school to pursue my RN, and eventually my CRNA. For those of you who are a CRNA I am looking at two possible prospects for nursing school. One is an ABSN program that is 16 months and 50k and the other is Entry level MSN for none nurses (clinical nurse leader) program for 75K. The school that offers the MSN program has a CRNA program. CRNA school is now a doctorates degree, it just changed this year or last year. The MSN school has a CRNA program for those who complete their MSN with them for only 2 years, compared to 3 years, and the MSN program is 24 months. Here are some issues I am facing: ABSN program will be my second bachelor's and I am only getting federal aid for about 25K. I will have to take out about 30k for the rest of the loan. Then I could do my masters online for under 10k, or not, some CRNA programs don't offer many master transfer credits. Not sure if this is enough info. Any advice?
  8. Hey guys, I got moved up in the waitlist to 2 now I have a little over a month now
  9. Hey guys! So I'm I definitely decided to go to Loyola. I put my deposit down finally! Yay, and the deposit goes towards tuition. :) I like the thought of having my bsn in 16 months! Lori and the facility are all so nice. I'd rather get out sooner and just do my masters online. Loyola also offers masters credits if you get higher than 3.5 gpa your first semester in the program which is a huge incentive. Nice to meet you all!
  10. Hi there, I applied to the program in the beginning of September. I heard back from the admissions committee about three weeks later, I got accepted. I am on the fence though about actually going because I exhausted most of my undergraduate federal aid, and I'm not sure how I will pay for it. I also applied to Rush's GEM and DePaul's MENP program so we'll see!
  11. Wow congrats everyone! So happy for you all. I got wait listed, but I'm only number 5 ! So my chances are stil good. wish me luck.
  12. I am so anxious for Friday! I can't wait! I recently received an email from Rush to finish filling out the financial aid forms. I thought this meant I got accepted, so I called them yesterday and they said they were unable to check my acceptance status. They said they still send out reminders to students who are still being considered. They got my hopes up, now just 25 more hours to go until the verdict!
  13. That's correct, they are not offering the waitlisted people a spot for the next cohort anymore. Molly confirmed this at First look 9/17/2016
  14. I went to First Look on Saturday and found it very insightful. What an awesome program and the people that are there to help you succeed. I had my interview Monday, since I wanted to get it over with. I feel I might have rambled on a little. Just be yourself!
  15. Hi all, I was wondering if there is any other applicants for this cohort, and if you're willing to share stats. Looks like interviews will be held in September. Post away!
