Hi cottntale, what our school registrar did when i went to our uni to process these nmc documents was to fill out the barcoded form to accompany transcript of training and let our dean affix her signature. Also, they attached a copy of my transcript of records,related learning experience,and another document of my BSN subjects offerings (theory/laboratory/RLE) basically it contains all the subjects I took during my course with its respective conversion in hours. I think yes as long as the dates you put online is consistent with what is written in your school transcript of records and the form to accompany transcript of training. In my case the date commenced indicated in my TOR is the first day of our class during first year college and the date completed is our graduation date as what is printed in out school records :)

I encountered the same problem before. I kept calling NMC almost everyday to follow up and I also emailed them a lot. I almost gave up to the point that I already requested a new set of documents for resubmission in lieu of the misplaced ones but when I was about to mail the new accomplished forms I received an email from them informing me that they already found my documents after a month!!So I was delayed in entering the cue because of that. Such a nightmare. Hope they find yours soon.

Hi! you can try visiting the Royal Marsden website and view the title chapters for the 8th and 9th edition. There's a slight variance you can compare and see for yourself. Some topics are added in the 9th edition however there are also some chapters that's only available in the 8th.

Hi. For how many days were you waiting for your declaration of good health until such time NMC advised you to send a new one? Because I called nmc few days ago to ask if I should indeed submit new form but then they told me I dont need to. And are you already in the cue?

It seems that NMC is really dealing with heaps of papers at this moment. I sent my documents last 3rd week of september and almost all were already scanned and reflected in my portal except for my declaration of good health. I called them off only to tell me they are still sorting through and looking for it.

Hi! Under my Full Application and Assessment tab ----> Document Received is reflected below the Subject column pertaining to my employer reference forms with dates included. Does this mean they already scanned these forms or They will indicate "Document Scanned" otherwise and I will stay wait for a couple of days for them to do so?

Hi! I also encountered the same problem before. I emailed NMC about it and they assured me that they could view the history of all my uploaded files even if the deleted file would still reflect in my portal. They even mentioned that I tried to upload the new file 9 times which I really did and eventually told me there's nothing to worry about. Its seems that its a technical glitch on our end but they can view everything on their system. You can try calling them if you really wanted to be sure about it. All the best

hi nursecardio, Id like to clarify when you mentioned in this post that "NMC received your documents..." does this only mean it has already been delivered by your courier as reflected in the tracking number given to you? and how can we know once NMC already "uploaded the docs" in the portal? Im just quite worried now because my PRC documents were delivered to them last 2nd week of september and upto now still no updates from them while all my other documents were sent 2 weeks ago but only the reference forms from my 2 employers and the declaration of good health had a "This documents has been received" text reflected in my portal.

Approximately how long does NMC take time to upload all our sent in documents to reflect in the portal?

I can now open my nmc portal but everytime I try to view my submitted application it says system error so I can't really check whether they already received and scanned my documents.

Cheer up! My friend had the same problem before but she received her DL 4 days after NMC received her newly requested documents :) hoping for the best!

Did anyone of you had a problem with regards to uploading files in the nmc portal? I made a mistake in uploading my birth certificate file and now I deleted it and uploaded a new file. The new file name would appear but every time I try to download it still the old file would be the one to download even though I already deleted and replaced it. All my files are in pdf format and under 1 MB limit. I tried emailing NMC but they take too long to respond.

May I just ask what format did you use in writing telephone numbers in the NMC barcoded forms for those from the Philippines? Thanks

Hi guys. Im having problems with regards to uploading my diploma for nmc portal. Apparently, the size of our school diploma is too large it wont even fit in our scanner. Is it okay if i just take a picture of it and convert jpeg file to pdf? Does anyone tried doing this? Thanks for the reponse :)

well you should try calling them first to check the availability. When i talked to the c&e incharge over the phone she told me they would need more or less 10-30 book request(if im not mistaken) for them to reproduced the book in paperback again. With regards to the difference in the professional and student versions Im not quite sure about this but I guess there are quite a few variation with some of the chapters and contents as well as the list of procedures on both books thats shown You can check it at the royal marsden website. :)

I tried searching in bookstores before but unfortunately I didn't find any. One posted in olx last time selling her old marsden book bought directly from UK but i think it was already sold out. Do you have C&E bookstore outlets near you because I found the Marsden book in their list online before however its the student editon and upon calling they said its out of stock:(

With regards to the official stamp box at the end of the form, did you let your senior nurses stamp their trodat with their name in it or is it the dry seal of the hospital that's required there?

Guys I just want to ask for those done with all their nmc documents how did you process your Authority Verification form in PRC and what was your preferred courier and btw how much was the subsequent fees? Thanks for answering in advance :)
