  1. Well for all of the fat shamers on here that believe we ( yes I included as morbidly obese at 5'4" 266#) don't have the right tp be health care workers. Do you think we don't look in the mirror and wish we were thinner or healthier? I am the size I am, and I can do my job just fine.
  2. Thank you for your replies. I am excited for the new position. I start next week!
  3. Sorry, would be helpful to know. Basically bed placement control for our level 2 trauma hospital. Still receive the same wage scale as I made doing patient care. Lateral move.
  4. Hi AN, i have been doing the pros and cons of stepping away from direct patient care. I am almost 55 been RN to 20 years and CNA for 13 prior to that. I basically live in a broken down body from all the years. But, nursing is my passion. I am afraid if I walk away I will regret it, and then will have a hard time finding placement t back in areas due to many things. Age for one, my experience has put me in the upper 2/3 of any pay scale What opinions might you folks have? Any and all appreciated. Thanks
