I am from Nebraska and had no idea how California's processing time worked. This is what I have learned. I applied 4/20/16 RN NCLEX (at least that was when the check as cashed, and that is what they go by) since then I have been patiently waiting for them to give me my ATT. By reading these forums I found out that they change the application date on BREZZE if your application is being processed. This week 8/15/16. My application date has been changed and I should receive my ATT in about a week. I HIGHLY recommend that you go to Sacramento to check on your application status. I went one day only to find out that my fingerprint scan was not correctly done and that I needed a new one. I had no idea. Bad part, they can't pull up the file so I hope all of your transcripts are coming directly from the school themselves. They won't accept it any other way. Hope this helps!

Thank you, I did go to school in the US. I had to moved to CA with my husband for his job. When I emailed BREEZE this is what the sent back for the education deficiency, "That message generally indicates your transcripts have not yet been linked to your application or fully evaluated. Nothing is required on your part." So when I got that I thought I was in the clear but I still haven't received my ATT. I'm calling them today since I also haven't even gotten my interim license.
