Did anyone hear anything from LAVC?

She sounded mad when I called. I asked " Di you guys send out any acceptance letters" she replied yes and more today. I guess we just see and wait. I jut wish she was more clear.

Honestly, I don't know some people received rejection and alternate emails last week. I got mine today. Not sure

Alternate here as well. Talked to someone from the health sciences department and the guy said they choose 30 alternate ranked by the highest to lowest points. Not sure how true this is.

Did you get an email? I called they said they will be sending out emails till end of October. I have 70 points. Sorry to hear that. Did you apply anywhere else?

@Brightstar The teas invitations were send back in September. There were 3 testing dates the last was 10/15/2016. You might want to check what happen to your invitation.

For me the lowest is the science section. I think on the practice tests i kind of rush through. I know on the real test I will be more focused. That is what I have been reading that the practice are alot harder than the real version.

Taking the teas on the 7th as well. Excited and nervous at the same time. Those of you that bought the ATI practice tests online how did you guys do?

Hey everyone, also applied to COC, Pasadena, Glendale, Valley, Pierce, and Southwest just in case. My stats are 3.0 in the sciences and 2.7 in overall GPA which isn't great. I do have a BS in Health Administration and fluent in Russian so hopefully that helps me. I have not taken the teas yet. Has anyone used the practice tests through ATI website?

Most schools require only the first attempt. I would send in the first score if I were you.

I spoke to Karla 2 weeks ago and she said the director of the program is out of time to set a date for the test. I assume late September/ early October.
