1. Truth is that I don't even know where to start, was really hoping I could avoid this move (from Austin with 2 toddlers). I'm open to apartment, daycare suggestions- anything to make the move easier. In the meantime, Facebook account anyone?í ¾í´”
2. Wow! That must be exciting! Congratulations!!! No Facebook page has been set up yet.
3. That's a great idea!!! Who's starting one? I would if I knew how to.. We might as well get to know each other and answer each other's questions especially as it doesn't look likely by the day that I will be getting into my first choice school.
4. Got accepted to UT Tyler today. I had a total of 96.9 points with no medical experience. I should be excited but I have mixed feelings about it because I really do not want to relocate. I'm just praying my first choice school chooses me. For now, I guess I just have to accept the admission offer- that saying "a bird at hand...." Lol. I wish everyone the very best.
5. I also live in austin and would prefer not to relocate but i'm ready to if I have to.
6. Everyone check your mails....I'M SO EXCITED!!!! I'M IN! that came earlier than expected.
7. I don't even know what to say- the anxiety is killing me. I have berated myself a thousand times about my Teas score to no avail:yes:. At the end of the day, we only have a week left to know our fate. I wish everyone all the best. Hopefully, we all rejoice.
8. Same question I've been asking. I didn't (still haven't) receive any email . It got me concerned.
9. After submitting the Accelerated application, has anyone heard from them? Any form of acknowledgement whatsoever?
10. My Bad! Deadline not extended. I got it all mixed up with a different school I had considered. Blame it on the nerves. LOL
11. Yeah! I haven't seen anything on their site either but I received this mail: "We are writing to make you aware of an important change in the Pacesetter BSN Admissions Program. Effective immediately, the Pacesetter BSN Spring 2017 application deadline date has moved to September 1, 2016. This date was changed to give prospective students enrolled in Summer 2016 courses more time to have transcripts submitted and reviewed for Spring 2017 admission. With this change, all applications materials must be submitted by this new date in order to be considered complete for faculty review. Incomplete applications will not be considered. To learn more about the Pacesetter BSN admission criteria, please visit nursing.uth.edu. Sincerely, UTHealth School of Nursing Student Affairs Office nursing.uth.edu 713.500.2100 " I'm not sure what to make of it.
12. So, the deadline has been extended to September 1st. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. The waiting time to know if we've been accepted might extend too:no:. I even toyed with the idea of taking another TEAS until I noticed "the test may be taken only once per admission cycle":bluecry1:. So nervous!!! Good luck to all.
13. 5pm 2nd September at the latest
